Global Power Supply devotes 30 full time personnel exclusively to its sales, marketing, and equipment sourcing efforts (additional personnel are devoted to support functions such as contract management, logistics, tech support and accounting). The sales force is supported by ongoing marketing efforts in the form of targeted advertising, literature, trade shows, and e mail specials.

Richard Smith - VP Business Development

| Mr. Smith has been involved in marketing high tech equipment for more than 30 years. He served in various sales and marketing capacities for DJC Corporation (a public company distributing computer hardware), starting in 1977. He was Vice President, Purchasing and Supply for Century Computer Marketing, Los Angeles, CA. When Century was acquired by Aurora Electronics, he became Vice President of North American Sales. In 1995 Mr. Smith joined the fledgling Somera Communications, a provider of new and secondary market telecommunications equipment. As Vice President of Sales and Supply, Mr. Smith developed and managed their global sourcing and supply strategy and was instrumental in the rapid growth of Somera to a $200million public company. Throughout his career, Richard Smith has led successful sales and marketing efforts with exceptional professionalism and he continues to do so at Global Power Supply. |

Felice Peardon - VP Sales and Marketing

| Ms. Peardon has been involved in sales and marketing in the secondary market for the past 20 years. She began her career in Sales working at Century Computer Marketing and advanced to a Director position leading the company’s specialized Inventory Management Programs for large corporate clientele. After the computer industry, she worked for a telecommunications company, SRS Industries, where she directed and managed the sales and marketing team until 2004, growing their sales over 100% each year for 7 consecutive years. Currently, as VP of Sales, she works in the Power Generation division of Global, heading up large projects involving power plants, turbines, transformers, and other associated large power generation equipment. |

Barry Langberg - Managing Partner

| As Managing Partner, Mr. Langberg is responsible for overall management of GPS, including finance and contracts. Mr. Langberg brings a unique combination of skills to this position with many years as a practicing attorney in addition to significant experience as an entrepreneur business man. . He was President of DJC Corporation, a public company and distributor of computer hardware, as well as a partner in one of the nations’ leading law firms. |
